- How to sign up?
To sign up, you must first recieve an invitation link from a Ship Chandler.
If you did not recieve a invitation and wish to order with us, kindly send us a email at hello@buytaxfree.com.sg.
- How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, you have to contact the Ship Chandler that you have placed your order with.
- Instead of the Ship Chandler that invited me, I wish to order from another Chandler, what should I do?
Firstly, you need to have an account with us. Hence, create an account with the Chandler whom invited you. Once you have your account set up, browse freely and during check-out, fill in the details of the other Chandler under "Recommend Your Chandler" and we will contact them separately.
- Where are the prices for the items?
Prices are quoted by individual Ship Chandlers. To get the price, simply add the items you wish to purchase into cart and check out for price quotation, you are able to request for quotation from up to 3 different Chandlers.
